Refund Policy

Service Satisfaction

We do not offer cash refunds on services rendered. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your treatment for any reason:

Please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will offer a complimentary "follow-up" consultation or a corrective touch-up treatment if deemed necessary.

Deposit

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $18 is required. This deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of service. Generally, rescheduling requests made within 24 hours in advance will be accommodated.
